Executive Summary: PPS provides expert PLC and HMI programming as part of the complete controls solution. Logic and operator interfaces are written so the system is reliable, intuitive, and efficient to run — and so the software matches the listed panels and instrumentation that ship from the shop.
Project Details:
Programming is coordinated with UL 508A / UL 698A panel fabrication, instrumentation, SCADA, and startup. The operator interface is designed around the real process, not a generic template.
Code and graphics are structured so the customer’s team can support the system after turnover. Commissioning proves the sequences on the installed equipment, not only in the shop.
This is the controls layer of the complete turnkey path: fabrication, install, controls, and commissioning under one point of contact.
