Information you submit
The Ask an Expert form requires your name, email address, phone number, and message. When you submit it, the website sends that information by email through Gmail SMTP to PPS Controls and the configured PPS estimating recipient. The website does not place form submissions in a lead database and does not send an automatic confirmation email.
Technical logs
The web server and hosting services may process IP addresses, request times, paths, browser information, and operational logs needed to serve and secure the site. Form delivery logs record a request ID, timestamp, outcome, and general error category. They do not intentionally record the submitter’s name, email, phone number, or message body.
Rate limiting and security
IP addresses are used temporarily in server memory to limit repeated form submissions. This data is not used for marketing and is lost when the application restarts.
Video embeds
Gallery videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain and are not loaded until you choose to play them. Once loaded, YouTube may receive technical information and apply its own privacy practices.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel, which provides TLS and may create security and access logs according to its configuration and policies.
Analytics and cookies
PPS Controls does not use website analytics, advertising pixels, or first-party marketing cookies on this site. An interaction-loaded third-party video may use browser storage or similar technology under the provider’s policies.
